If an item has been misrepresented and proof of the misrepresentation is sent along with any issues with the item. This includes damage during shipping, photos of the box as well as the item must be included for shipping insurance claims. Depending upon the item we will replace the item or give store credit. Made to order item production time is generally 7-14 days (14-21 for custom resin pieces due to curing processes) recently there have been some delays on supplies arriving on time causing some delays.
