I like to reduce my footprint and use reusable or recycled/recyclable materials whenever possible. Some examples of that might be bags of air/packing peanuts/ paper packaging ect. I ship to your exact address and use either flat rate shipping boxes or if the order is a lighter order (for example jewelry) first class mail.  

We generally ship to the continental US if you live outside of that please contact us so we can calculate your shipping appropriately.

US shipping for larger orders use the flat rate options If you aren't sure if your items will fit please message us we are more than happy to help you decide what shipping option is best for you and your order.

 

If an item has been misrepresented and proof of the misrepresentation is sent along with any issues with the item. This includes damage during shipping, photos of the box as well as the item must be included for shipping insurance claims. Depending upon the item we will replace the item or give store credit. Not Available for custom orders due to the consultation process. Please note that the colors of our products as seen on our website may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to differences in monitor and screen settings. Such variations are not considered misrepresentation of the product. We strive to depict our products as accurately as possible, but minor discrepancies in color should be expected and do not qualify for returns or exchanges based on this reason. Made to order item production time is generally 7-14 days (14-21 for custom resin pieces due to curing processes) recently there have been some delays on supplies arriving on time causing some delays. I will always keep you informed if there is any delay in your order.
