Made to order item production time is generally 7-14 days (14-30 for custom resin pieces due to curing processes. It is unsafe to send out uncured resin so I wait until custom items are fully cured before shipping.) there have been some delays on supplies arriving on time causing some delays. I will always keep you informed if there is any delay in your order.
All products and intellectual properties of Dreamweaver Gifts are ours alone. Any infringement, theft or copying of aforementioned properties can result in legal action.
Return Policy
If an item has been misrepresented and proof of the misrepresentation is sent along with any issues with the item. This must be sent to us within 5 days of delivery we track all of our products to make sure they arrive. This includes damage during shipping, photos of the box as well as the item must be included for shipping insurance claims. Depending upon the item we will replace the item or give store credit. Not Available for custom orders due to the consultation process.
